摘要
和参1井是胜利油田在塔西南钻的第一口勘探井,设计井深5730m。该区块地层复杂,上部地层以巨厚砾石层为主,下部地层有100m厚的石膏夹层,同一裸眼井段存在不同的压力体系。该井使用聚合物正电胶钻井液体系,配合相应的技术对策和工艺措施。即在上部地层加入足量的聚合物和正电胶,提高钻井液的携岩能力;在下部不稳定地层采取正压差钻进,保持低滤失量,加入足量的有机防塌剂和桥堵颗粒,采用等密度、等浓度维护处理方法。结果表明,聚合物正电胶钻井液具有较强的抑制包被作用,良好的携岩、防塌、抗污染能力,并能较好地保护油气层,满足了和参1井复杂地层钻井施工的要求。
Well Hecan-1 is the first exploration well drilled in ' southwest Tarim Basin, with total depth of 5730m. The geological condition is very complicated, and different pressure systems exist in the same open hole interval. MMH system was used for the upper conglomerate formation, to improve cutting carriage. The lower unstable salt bed was drilled with positive pressure differential technique, and filtrate reducing measures were taken. Field operation was described in detail.
