摘要
提出数字化控制图系统的设计方案 ,并讨论系统的组成、功能结构以及具体的实现方法 .用Delphi4.0在网络环境下实现真正的控制图分析系统 ,它是数据库管理系统与控制图密切结合的 .并给出主要的数据模型和模块 .现场生产数据可以由各个车间及时地在网络上输入 ,且有良好的分级管理功能 .
The design and project of numeral control chart are put forward, and the composing of system, functional structure and methods of realization are discussed also in this paper. A real control chart system is realized with Delphi4.0 based on the computer network, DBMS and the control chart technology are closely combined in this system. The data of control project from production workshop are input in time the system by with of computer network, and the system have well classification management function. The main data model and program modules are given also in the paper.
