摘要
以麦杆为原料 ,在固定床反应器内温度为 70 0℃~ 1 0 0 0℃条件下 ,进行空气、水蒸气的气化实验 ,探讨不同温度、不同空气及水蒸气流量条件下麦杆气化转化合成氨原料气的可能性 .结果表明 ,在不同的操作温度下 ,气化气中氢含量在 40 %~ 50 % ,产气量为每克麦杆 1 50 ml~ 960
The wheat straw was gasified in a fix bed reactor at a temperature range of 700 ℃ to 1 000 ℃ with steam to investigate the possibility of a process to convent straw to ammonia synthesis gas.High composition of synthesis gas were obtained when the system was fed a mixture of wheat straw,air and steam.The composition of H 2 was about 40% 50% and gas yields was 150 ml to 960 ml per gram of straw,which is dependent on the gasified temperature.
