摘要
板形控制是宽厚钢板生产的一个关键因素,板形控制的好坏直接决定到毛边板的边部和头尾的剪切量,其控制精度对确保钢板质量和提高成材率是极其重要的。本文以莱钢4300 mm宽厚板为例介绍板形控制技术和模型的应用,为轧机的钢板板形的控制提供了借鉴依据。
Profile control is a key factor in heavy plate production. The rough plate＇ s side cut and head cut are directly decided by profile control, whose control accuracy is vital to ensuring plate quality and improving yield rate. This paper took Laigang 4300mm heavy plate mill as an example to introduce the application of profile control technology and model, and provided salutary lessons for mill＇ s plate profile control.
