摘要
分析湖南电网线路外绝缘现状,结合湖南气候特点和线路安全稳定运行需要,按照综合考虑输电线路防污、防雷和防冰性能要求,提出适于湖南地区的新建线路外绝缘选型及运行线路外绝缘改造的建议。
By analyzing the external insulation status of electric transmission lines in Hunan and combining with the climate characteristics and safety and steady operation needs of electric transmission lines and based on the comprehensive consideration on the antipollution,prevention of lightning faults and anti-ice performance requirements,advices and measures are put forward in the paper.And suggestions are presented which are suitable to the type selection of external insulator of new built transmission lines and the external insulation reconstruct of transmission lines in Hunan.
