尿素过磷酸钙的新工艺研究

摘要 通过一系列的实验室试验和小型中间连续试验,明确了宜昌磷矿制尿素过磷酸钙的可行性。通过与先前实验的比较,可以认为在制尿素过磷酸钙时,宜昌磷矿的反应活性介于摩洛哥磷矿与开阳磷矿之间。通常,较低的熟化温度对尿素过磷酸钙产品的品质有利。研究表明,尿素过磷酸钙新工艺较“固化无机酸”(或称固体解磷剂)工艺更适合我国国情,值得推广应用。 Through a series of laboratory and small pilot scale continuous experiments, the feasibility of urea - calcium superphosphate production with Yichang phosphorous ore has been proved .The reaction activity of the ore is between Morocco's and Kaiyang's through the comparison with the foregoing experiments. Generally, the lower processed temperature is better for the product property. Experiments have shown that the title technology is more suitable to the domestic condition as compared with the solidified inorganic acid technology, and be worth popularizing.
