摘要
目的分析导致新生儿窒息的一般原因,探讨基本的抢救措施,掌握复苏要点,为根本降低新生儿窒息发生率积累经验。方法选取我院2009年1月1日～2011年12月31日120例新生儿窒息的临床资料,对窒息原因开展分析,针对性地提出抢救和复苏措施。结果胎儿宫内拥挤、脐带因素、第二产程过长是导致新生儿高窒息率的第一位因素,而胎位和羊水偏少则是第二位因素。针对以上原因采取及时的抢救处理,成功率达到了94.1%。结论新生儿窒息率的出现与分娩方式和各种产科因素密切相关,做好产前孕妇的保育指导,加强对高危因素的孕妇产程干预以及选择适当的分娩方式可以有效地降低新生儿窒息率。
Objective To analyze the cause of neonatal asphyxia in common cause,to explore the basic measures to rescue,master resuscitation technique,reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia in fundamental experience.Methods in our hospital from January 1,2009 to December 31,2011,120 cases of neonatal asphyxia clinical information,carry out analysis on asphyxia causes,puts forward the rescue and recovery measures.Results intrauterine crowding,umbilical cord factors,the second stage of labor is the leading cause of neonatal asphyxia rate too high the first element,and the fetal position and low amniotic fluid is second factors.According to the above reasons to take timely rescue treatment,the success rate of 94.1%.Conclusion the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and the mode of delivery and various obstetric factors closely related to pregnant women for prenatal care,guidance,to strengthen high-risk factors of maternal intrapartum interventions and select an appropriate mode of delivery can effectively reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia.
