摘要
目的:观察经内镜鼻胆管引流结合中药治疗急性梗阻性胆管炎的疗效。方法:对6例急性梗阻性胆管炎患者采用经内镜胆道引流加中药进行治疗,观察其临床疗效,包括体温、血白细胞恢复正常的时间、术后排气、排便的时间以及抗生素应用的时间,并与5例采用胆总管探查取石、T型管引流治疗的患者进行比较。结果:比较两组患者的临床状况指标、肠道功能恢复情况,其结果有明显差异。结论:内镜结合中药治疗急性梗阻性胆管炎疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage（ENBD） combined with Chinese medication on acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis.Methods：The treated group（6 cases） received ENBD combined with Chinese medicine.The control group（5 cases） was treated with choledocholithotomy and T tube drainage.Curative effect,Changes of body temperature,peripheral white blood cell（WBC）,intestinal tract function were observed.[Result]：A better clinical therapeutic effect and parameters were showed in the treated group as compared with the control group.Conclusion：Combination oftherapeutic endoscopy and Chinese medication hasgood effect in treating acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis.
