摘要
介绍了精密焊接技术在微波器件制造领域中的应用现状 ,提出了无整形焊接的概念、解决办法及关键技术 ,给出了应用实例 ,预测了今后的发展趋势。
The application status of precision welding of microwave component is introduced.The concept,solutions and some key techniques of the no-reshape welding are presented and several examples of application are also given.Its development in the future is forecasted finally.
