The Application of Genetic Algorithms to the Optimization in the Procedure of Plating(TiAl)N Film by Multi-arc Ion Plating

摘要 将遗传算法应用于离子镀膜 ,建立多弧离子镀 (TiAl)N膜工艺优化遗传算法模块并讨论相关问题。采用人工神经网络技术实现镀膜工艺参数到膜层性能指标的映射并以之作为遗传算法的目标函数。实验验证表明遗传算法用于镀膜工艺优化设计的可行性与可靠性。本工作为解决离子镀以至表面工程技术领域工艺寻优等问题作了有益的尝试。 A genetic algorithms program was established,on the base of a neural network model,to optimize the procedure of multi-arc ion plating,where a film of(TiAl)N was plating over the surface of the M2 high speed steel.We find that the results of optimization,or the optimum values of technical parameters obtained in the program,are reliable,when we compare them with experimental data.Hence,our work presents us a new way to realize the optimization in the field of multi-arc ion plating.
