摘要
为观察激光对泪道阻塞性疾病的治疗效果 ,采用Nd:YAG泪道激光治疗仪治疗泪道阻塞性疾病 1 0 6例 1 2 8眼 ,术后随访观察 1～ 5个月 ,总治愈率为 94 5 % ,提示激光治疗泪道阻塞疗效确切 ,安全简便。
To investigate the therapeutic effect of laser for obstruction of lacrimal duct,106 cases (128eyes) with obstruction of lacrimal duct were treated with Nd:YAG laser.Postoperatively,the patients were followed up for 1～5 months.Total cure rate is 94.5%.This result suggests laser is effective safe and informal approach for obstruction of lacrimal duct.
