摘要
本文描述了几种液态离子交换剂,用于制备对胆酸敏感的离子选择性微电极。这些液态离子交换剂为:季铵氯化物336/葵醇,三辛基甲铵/葵醇,十六碳烷基三甲铵/葵醇,苄二甲基十六烷基铵/葵醇,十六碳烷基三丁基铵/5%六氯苯+0.5%N—乙酰溴苯胺的邻二氯苯溶液。其中以苄二甲基十六烷基胆酸盐/葵醇和十六碳烷基三丁基铵牛磺胆酸/5%。六氯苯+0.5%N-乙酰溴苯胺的邻二氯苯溶液这两种液态离子交换剂的组合较为理想,因其有较快的响应时间和较低的漂移。 本文对各液态离子交换剂所制备的微电极在不同溶液中的校正曲线、斜率、检测下限、选择性系数、漂移及响应时间,进行了比较。
<ABSTRACT>
Seyeral liquid membrane microelectrodes sensitivc to bile acids (two
barrels, tip diameter about 0. 5μm ) are described, The results of differe-
nt liquid ion exchangers such as Aliquat 336/decanol, trioctylmethylamm-
onium/decanol, hexadecyltrimethylammonium/decanol, benzyldimethyl-hex-
adecylammonium/decanol, hexadecyltributylammonium/5% hexachlorobenz-
ene + 0. 5 %bromoacetanilide in 0-dichlorobenzene are compared with each
other and the better one among them is the mixture of benzy ldimethylhe-
xadecylammonium-cholate/decanol with hexadecyltributylammonium-tauro-
cholate/5% hexachlorobenzene + 0. 5% bromoacetanilide in 0- dichlorobenzo-
ne because of its shorter response time and low drift.
The calibration curves, slopes, test limits, selective coefficients,
drifts and response time of different bile acids sensitive microelectrodes
in different calibration solutions were dernonstrated and compared with
each other.
