摘要
在磷酸盐体系下采用不同电压对TC4钛合金进行微弧氧化处理,在其表面制得陶瓷膜层,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射以及能谱仪对膜层形貌结构进行分析,并在w(H2SO4)=20%溶液中进行腐蚀试验。结果表明,膜层的生成相由金红石和锐钛矿构成,随着电压的增加,表面形貌由原先的微孔较小、分布均匀逐渐变到微孔形状不规则,孔径变大,粗糙,并且腐蚀速率提高,耐腐蚀性下降。
Different voltages were used to carry out micro-arc oxidation process to TC4 titanium alloy in phosphate setting, thus the ceramic membrane was prepared on its surface. The features and structure of the membrane were analyzed by XRD and SEM, and the erosion test was carried out in 20% H2SO4 solution. The results show, the generation phase is composed of rutile and anatase, and as the voltage increasing, the feature of the membrane changes from the original small micro pore and even distribution to be larger and rougher pores, higher erosion rate and lower erosion resistance.
