摘要
采用离心浇铸工艺生产16MnV/9Cr18MoV/16MnV三层复合管坯,经剖切、热锻、热轧后制备出新型农用收割机刀具用复合钢板。刀具覆层材料16MnV具有较好的韧性,芯层9Cr18MoV可为刀具提供较好的强度和硬度。通过对不同热处理工艺下金相组织及弯曲强度的研究,确定了该复合材料最佳的热处理工艺为1050℃×1h,油淬。
New type harvester tool of 16MnV/9Cr18MoV/16MnV was prepared by centrifugal cast, cutting, hot forging and hot rolling process. The coating layer material 16MnV has good toughness and the sandwich layer material 9Cr18MoV can provide good strength and hardness for tool. The 16MnV/9Cr18MoV/16MnV tri-metal composite, plate which is oil quenched after holding at 1050℃ for 2h has the best bending strength and microstructure.
