不同热源加热对铁基合金层组织和耐磨性能的影响

Microstructure and Wear Resistance of Iron Based Alloy Under Different Heating Mode

摘要 利用中频感应炉和二氧化碳焊机两种不同热源在45钢上堆焊Fe55自熔性合金粉末与碳化钨、碳化硅的混合粉末,并利用XJL-02A光学金相显微镜、2500PC X-ray衍射仪对堆焊层金属的物相成分进行分析,并测试耐磨性和显微硬度。研究表明:铁基合金熔敷层组织主要为马氏体,在不同热源的加热下,合金组织的物相成分不尽相同,所获得的显微硬度和耐磨性也各不相同。 The Fe55 self melting alloy powder, tungsten carbide and silicon carbide, were welded on 45 steel surface using intermediate frequency induction furnace and carbon dioxide welding machine. The composition of hardfacing layer was analyzed using XJL-02A optical microscope and 2500 PC X-ray diffraction, the micro-hardness and wear resistance of hardfacing layer were measured. The results show that: the microstructure of iron based alloy melt alloy layer is mainly for the martensite in different heating of the heat source, the microstructtre of the alloy component object is different, then the microhardness and wear resistance are also different.
