摘要
在太阳能热发电中采用Al-12.07%Si合金作为储热材料,对该材料的热稳定性进行研究。结果发现,相比0次循环的Al-12.07%Si储热材料,经2160次储热放热循环后,Al-12.07%Si储热合金中没有新组织产生,熔化起始温度仅提高了0.64%,熔化潜热仅下降9.14%,这说明该储热合金具有良好的热稳定性。
Al-12.07%Si alloy as heat storage material is used in solar thermal power generation. The thermal stability of Al-12.07%Si alloy was studied. The results show that: compared Al-12.07%Si alloy with 0 time thermal cycle, no new microstructure is produced in Al-12.07%Si, the phase temperature of Al-12,07%Si increases by 0,64% and the latent heat of that decreases by 9.14% after 2160 thermal cycles. So Al-12.07%Si alloy has good thermal stability.
