摘要
通过组织观察、系列温度冲击和断口形貌等方法对10CrNi3Mo钢的低温韧性进行研究。根据系列冲击试验的能量判据、断口判据和塑性判据得出了韧-脆转变温度在-100℃以下。采用动态撕裂试验,试验结果表明,动态撕裂试验与系列冲击趋势相同,韧-脆转变温度约为-75℃。经综合研究可知,10CrNi3Mo钢具有良好的低温韧性。
The low temperature toughness of 10CrNi3Mo steel was investigated via observation of microstmcture and the morphology of fracture and series temperature Charpy impact test. The series temperature Charpy impact test results show that the ductile-brittle transition temperature is below -100 ℃. DT test is also carried out for fiarther investigation of low temperature toughness. The DT test and Charpy impact test results show the same trend. According to DT test results the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the steel is -75 ℃. Synthesis analysis indicates that 10CrNi3Mo steel has excellent low temperature toughness.
