摘要
目的:总结分析剖瘢痕子宫腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的诊疗方法和预防。方法:收集我院2008年2月至2009年3月收治的27例瘢痕子宫腹壁子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料,总结此症临床特点、治疗方式。结果:此病症根据剖宫产史、瘢痕子宫腹壁切口有肿块且有明显压痛和超声检查均可确诊。所有患者均采用手术方式治疗,术后病理诊断均证实诊断无误。术后随访1-3年后均未复发。结论:做好围产期保健及健康宣传,减少剖宫产率以减少伤口被子宫内膜碎片污染的可能,有利于避免此症的发生。
Objective：Analysis of treatment and prevetion of endometriosis in abdominal scars in scar uterine.Methods：Collected 27 cases of endometriosis in abdominal scars in scar uterine from Feb.2008 to Mar.2009 to sum up clinical feature and treatment.Results：It could be comfirmed according to the history of scar uterine,obviously tenderness,and B ultrasonic.All patients were treated by operation.Followed up 1-3 years not recurred.Conclusion：We should do health care well to reduce cesarean section rate to avoid endometrial fragments contanminate the wound.
