摘要
目的:测定云南不同产地夜交藤药材中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(TSG)的含量,为其药材质量评价提供基础数据。方法:以95%乙醇回流提取夜交藤药材中TSG,用HPLC法测定其含量。结果:云南不同产地夜交藤药材中TSG含量在未检出到1.508%之间,各产地药材含量差异较大。结论:测定结果为客观评价云南产夜交藤药材的质量提供了基础数据,结果表明云南不同产地夜交藤药材的质量差别较大,部分药材样品未达到《中国药典》规定的含量限度,在使用中应加强夜交藤药材的质量管理。
Objective： The contents of 2,3,5,4＇ - tetrahydroxy stilbene - O - β- D - glucoside （TSG） in 21 samples of Polygoni muhiflori Caulis from different districts of Yunnan Province. Methods： The HPLC was applied for the determination of the contents of TSG in samples. Results ： The contents of TSG were in the range of 0% - 1. 508%. Conclusion： The results showed that the contents of the samples from different dis- tricts in Yunnan Province were quiet different, and part of them were not up to the standard of Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China, which providing the basic data of Polygoni muhiflori Caulis from Yunnan Province. And the quality control of Polygoni muhiflori Caulis should be strengthened.
