摘要
目的:研究毛喉鞘蕊花(Coleus forskohlii)的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱,Rp-18反相柱色谱,LH-20凝胶柱色谱,制备HPLC及重结晶等方法进行分离和纯化,运用NMR等波谱方法鉴定了其结构。结果:从毛喉鞘蕊花提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别是迷迭香酸(1),oresbiusinA(2)(,E)-ferulic acid 4-O-β-D-glucoside(3)2,α,3β,19β,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucoside(4),异佛司可林(5),1,6-二乙酰-9-去氧佛司可林(6)和β-谷甾醇(7)。结论:化合物1-4为首次从毛喉鞘蕊花中分离到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of coleus forskohlii. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified using column chromatographies and the structures were elucidated on the basis of spectra analysis. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from C. forskohlii including three phenols, two diterpenoids, and one triterpenoid saponin. The seven compounds were identified as rosmarinic acid ( 1 ), oresbi- usin A (2), (E) -ferulic acid 4- O-13- D- glucoside (3), 2oL, 313, 1913, 23- tetrahydroxyolean- 12- en - 28 - O - 13 - D - glucoside (4), isoforskolin (5) , 1, 6 - diacetoxy - 9 - deoxyforskolin (6) , and 13 - si- tosterol (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1 -4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
