摘要
研究血液凝固过程中超声性质的变化对于提高血液疾病的超声诊断准确率十分重要。本文对自然的人全血和经抗凝处理的人全血两种样品,在离体之后的各种不同时间间隔里,进行了超声性质的对比测量研究。其中包括声速、声衰减、声背向散射及声学非线性参量B/A。 研究表明离体10多小时后自然凝血的声速提高1.9%、1~11MHz频段的超声衰减增长一倍,2.5MHz附近的超声向散射增强约20dB,非线性参量B/A增大20%。
<ABSTRACT>
It is extremely important to study chailges of ultrasonic properties of
hunian blood during coagulation for improving ultrasonic diagnosis of blood
dyscrasies.
In this paper, ultrasonic properties (ultrasonic velocity, attenuation
coefffcient, back-scattering, nonlinearity parameter B/A ) are studied in
vitro for both natural and anticoagulated blood.
It is shown that for natural coagulative blood of more than 10 h in
vitro, the ultrasonic velocity is increased by 1.9% attenuation by 100% .in
frequency range of 1-11MHz,back-scattering by 20 dB (nearly 2. 5 MHz)
and B/A vajue by 20%.
