摘要
朱丹溪对痹证认识颇深,形成了独特的辨证论治体系,其具体内容体现于《格致余论》、《丹溪心法》、《金匮钩玄》、《丹溪手镜》、《脉因证治》、《丹溪治法心要》等医籍中。对其辨治特色略作分析,认为书中着重强调辨治应注重养护阴血、外内合邪致病观、重视治痰,并对朱丹溪治疗痹证用药特色进行了概括,从以上几点探讨丹溪痹证辨治特色。
ZHU Dan-xi has profound understanding about Bi syndrome and has formed unique syndrome differentiation system.The specific content is reflected in such books,like Gezhi Yulun,Danxi Xinfa,Jingui Gouxian,Danxi Shoujing,Maiyin Zhengzhi,Danxi Zhifa Xinyao and so on.This paper briefly analyzed the differentiation characteristics.We thought this book mainly emphasized that the differentiation would pay attention to the maintenance of Yin blood;theory of disease causing by both internal factor and external factor;pay attention to treat phlegm;and summarized the drug characteristics of Bi syndrome by Danxi.The differentiation characteristics of Bi Syndrome with ZHU Dan-xi from the above points were explored.
