摘要
目的 探讨修复楔形缺损较好的材料。方法 在同一个体选择条件基本相同的楔状缺损患牙分别采用光固化玻璃离子、光固化复合树脂及3 MF2000 复合体充填修复,共120 例360 颗,随访观察1 .5 ~2 年。结果 F2000 组120 颗治疗牙中,其中仅1 颗修复体脱落,无1 例密合度失败及牙髓病变发生,三项指标成功率均明显高于复合树脂组( P< 0 .05) ,与玻璃离子组相近似;除脱落的修复体外,其余修复体均完整、无缺损,该项指标效果与复合树脂相近似,但明显优于玻璃离子组( P < 0 .01) ;F2000 组总失败率为0 .83 % , 明显低于复合树脂组及玻璃离子组( P < 0 .01) 。结论 3 MF2000 复合体是修复楔状缺损一种较好的材料,其疗效优于光固化玻璃离子及复合树脂。
Objective To explore the better material for restoring wedge shaped defect.Method Light cured glass ionomer,light cured composite resin and 3MF2000 compomer were applicated to restore 360 teeth with wedge shaped defect of the teeth in the same body and the same conditions.They were followed up for 1.5 to 2 years.Results In the F2000 group,only one restoration fell,and none of them had bad adapation and pulp symptom,the successful rates of the above indexes were significantly higher than that of composite resin group( P <0.05),and similar to glass inomer group.On the other hand,all restorations of F2000 group were integrated except falling.The efficiency of this index exceeded significantly that of glass inomer group( P <0.01),and similar to composite resin group.The total failure rate of F2000 group was 0.83% and it was significally lower than that of composite resin group and glass inomer group.Conclusions 3MF2000 compomer is superior to glass ionomer cement and light cured composite resin and is considered to be a better material for restoring wedge shaped defect.
