摘要
通过对1例肾病综合征合并妊娠患者的临床分析,对该患者用药方案提出建议,初步探讨肾病综合征合并妊娠患者的用药特点和药学监护。经过激素免疫抑制、抗凝、利尿消肿、改善电解质等治疗过程,该患者肾功能状况得以改善,高凝状态及水肿缓解。肾病综合征患者是否适合妊娠取决于患者肾功能、尿蛋白及其他诱因的活动程度,在孕期加强药物知识教育以及合理用药,是保证患者和胎儿安全的重点。
To discuss the characteristics of drug use and pharmaceutical care in pregnant patient with nephrotic syndrome and provide the recommendations. The renal function, hypercoagulable and edema of the patient improved after the treatment of hormone immune suppressive agents, anticoagulants, diuretics, etc. Whether the patients with nephritic syndrome could pregnancy depends on the activity level of the renal function, urine protein. Rational medication and medical education during pregnancy is key to ensure the safety of both the patient and the fetus.
