摘要
目的：观察综合治疗烧伤并发精神障碍的临床效果。方法：对２１ 例烧伤并发精神障碍患者，及时进行药物和心理治疗，以及有效的创面处理等综合措施。结果：２１例全部治愈，精神障碍得到及时控制。平均２Ｗ 左右精神症状逐渐消失，随访１ａ～２ａ，无１例复发。结论：综合治疗措施不仅能及时控制精神障碍，且能促进创面早期修复。
Objective:Observe the clinial effects on the synthetic treatments for burns and burn complication,mental obstacles.Methods:We have,in good time,applied some synthetic treatments,such as medication,psychotherapy and some effective treatments of wounds to twenty-one patients who suffered from the burn complication of mental obstacles.Results:The twenty-one patients have been cured successfully,whose mental obstacles could be controlled in time and gradually disappeared for about two weeks on the average.They were visited one or two years later after their recovery,and none of them had a relapse.Conclusions:The synthetic treatments can not onlycontro the menta lobstacle in good time,but also enable early repairs of wounds.
