摘要
目的 :探讨IGF ImRNA在结直肠癌组织中的表达。方法 :采用RT PCR方法检测 2 8例结直肠癌组织及癌周正常组织IGF ImRNA的表达。结果 :2 8例结直肠癌中 ,IGF ImRNA表达阳性者 2 0例 ,癌周组织仅 3例阳性 ,癌组织中的表达率明显高于癌周组织 (P <0 .0 1) ;C、D期癌表达率明显高于A、B期癌 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :IGF I在结直肠癌组织中存在广泛的表达 ,IGF
Objective:To investigate the expression of IGF I mRNA in colorectal carcinoma tissues. Method:RT PCR was used to determine the IGF I mRNA expression in 28 cases of colorectal carcinomas tissues and the normal tissues around the cancer. Results:The results showed that IGF I mRNA was positively expressed in 20 of 28 cases of cancer, whereas it was positively expressed only in 3 cases of normal tissues. The expression rate in cancers was significantly higher than that in normal tissues ( P < 0.01). And the expression rate in stage C and D cancers was significantly higher than that in stage A and B cancers ( P < 0.01). Conclusion:IGF I is widely expressed in colorectal carcinoma tissues, and the expression of IGF I mRNA is associated with the presence of metastasi of colorectal carcinomas.
