摘要
目的 :检测食管癌及周围非癌食管粘膜组织中端粒酶活性 ,了解食管癌发生可能的分子生物学基础。方法 :应用TRAP法对 3 3例食管癌及 18例癌周正常食管粘膜进行端粒酶活性测定。结果 :食管癌组织 2 8例( 84 .8% )表达阳性 ,癌周组织 2例 ( 11.1% )表达阳性 (P <0 .0 5 )。端粒酶活性表达与食管癌病人的性别 ,民族 ,肿瘤部位 ,分化程度 ,有无淋巴结转移等似乎无关。结论 :端粒酶活化与食管癌发生有关 。
Objective:To detect the telomerase activity in human esophageal carcinoma and tumor adjacent tissues and investigate the possible molecular mechanism of esophageal carcinogenesis. Methods:Telomerase activities were examined in 33 cases of esophageal carcinomas and 18 tumor adjacent tissues by TRAP assay. Results:Twenty eight of 33 (84.8%) cancer tissues and 2 of 18 (11.1%) tumor adjacent tissues revealed clearly positive for telomerase activity. A significant difference of the expression rate of telomerase activity was found between carcinoma and tumor adjacent tissue (P< 0.05 ). No significant correlation was found between telomerase activity and sex,nation of patients,location,differentiated grade of tumor and lymph nodes metastasis Conclusion:The presence of telomerase activity may play an important role in esophageal carcinogenesis and it will offer a new clue for malignant lesion diagnosis and treatment.
