摘要
为了更好地依靠自主创新促进山东转方式、调结构,就需要明晰影响山东自主创新因素构成及其效用。在已有研究基础上,结合统计数据筛选出影响山东自主创新的因素指标,然后采用2001—2010年数据进行回归分析。结果表明,经过近几年建设,自主创新在山东转方式、调结构过程中正在发挥越来越重要的作用。其中外资影响减弱,创新基础设施投入作用凸显,研发投入仍需保持并加大力度。
For purpose of Shandong development mode transfer and economic structure adjustment with independent innovation, it is necessary to identify the influencing factors of independent innovation and their effects. Based on existing researches and combining with statistical data, influencing factors of Shandong independent innovation are screened out and regression analysis is applied on data during 2001-2010. The results show that, through years of construction, independent innovation is playing a more and more important role in Shandong development mode transfer and economic structure adjustment, where influence of foreign capital is receding, infra- structure investment becomes more active, and researches and development shall be maintained and enhanced.
