成人先天性胆管囊肿的诊治 被引量：1

摘要 先天性胆管囊肿（congenital choledochal cysts）又称先天性胆管扩张,是先天性胆道系统疾病,肝内或肝外胆道均可能累及。此病在小儿中多见,但仍有约20%的患者直至成年才被确诊[1-2]。如不及时正确的治疗,本病将引起反复胆管炎、胰腺炎、肝脓肿甚至胆管癌变。虽然早在1723年就有学者曾描述本病,但至今有关它的发病机制、理想治疗仍存在争议。本文对成人先天性胆管囊肿患者的诊治进行概述。
