摘要
目的：观察低分子量肝素（ＬＭＷＨ）克赛在急、慢性肾功能衰竭伴出血患者血液透析（ＨＤ）中的疗效；方法：２１ 例伴出血的ＨＤ患者应用克赛抗凝，在ＨＤ前静脉端一次注射４０ｍ ｇ，观察体外循环凝血情况及临床有关征象；结果：２１ 例患者共行４９ 例次ＨＤ，７５．５％ 的ＨＤ体外循环无凝血，４．１％ 存有严重凝血，３例静脉插管处出现渗血。静脉穿刺点压迫时间为７．５±１．２ｍ ｉｎ；结论：ＬＭＷＨ在急、慢性肾衰伴出血患者ＨＤ中单剂量应用安全、有效、方便。
Objective:To investigate the safety and efficiency of LMWH during hemodialysis in patients with bleeding complications.Methods:21 cases of hemodialysis patients with bleeding complications were given a single injection of 40mg enoxaparin as anticoagulant,which including 17 cases of chronic renal failure and 4 cases of acute renal failure.Results:No marked bleeding and anaphylaxis were seen during a total of 49 dialysis procedures Thrombus formation in the extracorporeal circuit was minial in 75.5% dialysis procedures.but 4.1% was serious.The pressure time at the puncture sites was 7.5±1.2 minutes.Conclusion:A single dose of LMWH gives sufficient,safe anticoagulation effect in hemodialysis patients with bleeding.
