摘要
为了实现对水上浮油和油罐漏油的回收,以稀盐酸为刻蚀溶液对碳酸钙/聚丙烯共混改性纤维进行刻蚀处理,得到高吸附改性聚丙烯纤维,分别对柴油、甲苯进行吸附,并通过电子单纤维强力仪对纤维样品进行力学性能测试.研究表明,最佳刻蚀工艺为纤维与刻蚀液的浴液比1∶80、HCl溶液质量分数5%、刻蚀处理温度60℃、处理时间30 min,此条件下所得纤维对柴油的吸附倍率达到26.5 g/g,对甲苯的吸附倍率达23.5 g/g,纤维强度略有下降,但仍可满足使用要求.
In order to reuse the leaking oil,CaCO3/PP blending modified fibers are etched by HCl solution to acquire oil-absorption fibers,then absorb diesel and toluene respectively.The experimental results indicate that when the optimized etching conditions are process temperature of 60 ℃,process time of 30 min,fiber/5% HCl ratio of 1 ∶ 80 are fulfilled,the etched fibers′ oil-absorbency can reach the peak at 26.5 g/g to diesel and 23.5 g/g to toluene.Though the mechanics capabilities decrease slightly,the fibers still meet the requirement of application.
