摘要
综述了十来年国内粮食储藏技术研究进展和推广应用情况,分析了当前粮食储藏技术发展中存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策,并展望了储藏技术未来发展趋势,旨在为更好地促进我国粮食储藏技术的健康发展,既实现粮食绿色安全储藏又保持粮食新鲜度提供一定参考。
Since 2000,China grain storage technologies have made rapid progresses,and provided great technical supports vast people for consuming satisfied grain and oils.In order to promote persistent development of China grain storage technologies,it makes comprehensive investigation on development and application of national grain storage technologies for the latest ten years,analyses thoroughly the bottlenecks in the development of grain storage technologies,puts forward the measures to solve these problems,and prospects the future of grain storage technologies.It provides some references to some extent for green grain storage and keeping cereals freshness.
