摘要
通过宏观分析、扫描电镜、光学显微镜等手段对轧辊轴的断裂进行了综合分析,结果表明以氢致裂纹为疲劳源,引发了轧辊轴的疲劳断裂。
The fracture of roll axis was synthetically analyzed by means of macroscopic test,EDS and optical microscopy and other ways.The results showed that the fatigue failures of the roll axis was arised from the hydrogen induced cracking.
