摘要
当前中国社会正处于转型期,食品安全等大规模侵权事件频发,由于行政力量在大规模侵权救济过程中居于主导,对于受害人的快速救助有其优越性。然而,行政力量并不能有效解决大规模侵权事件的遗留问题,因此本文欲致力大规模侵权善后机制研究,来调理大规模侵权产生的社会环境,期望能阻止大规模侵权频发的势头。
Currently,Chinese society is in the transformation period,mass tort events occur frequently,including food safety.That administrative strength occupies a leading position in infringement remedy has superiority for victims to get rapid relief.However,administrative strength can not solve the problems left over by large-scale infringement events.This paper is to study the control mechanism for large-scale infringements so as to regulate the social environment,hoping to prevent them from frequent occurrence.
