变温沙藏处理对石灰花楸种子的催芽作用 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决石灰花楸种子的育苗技术问题,研究了低温(恒温+变温)沙藏处理和不同赤霉素浓度(50、100、150、200mg/L)浸泡对石灰花楸种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:在0~1℃低温区后在5℃高温区下的变温沙藏(2种温区每30天调整1次)处理的石灰花楸的发芽时间要晚于5℃恒温区的发芽时间,但发芽率显著提高且持续发芽时间延长。100mg/L和150mg/L2个处理由恒温沙藏的2%左右分别提高到了7.6%和12.3%。用赤霉素溶液浸泡12h利于打破种子休眠,可提高发芽率。用不同浓度赤霉素浸泡后,经过变温沙藏的种子发芽率从未经赤霉素处理的1.4%提高到15.6%~48.7%,最佳赤霉素浓度为150mg/L。 This study focused on the effects of the treatments of stratification (constant temperature plus varying temperature) and gibberellin soaking (50,100,150 and 200mg/L) on the seed germination. The results showed that Compared with stratification under a constant temperature with 5℃, the time to start germination after the stratification with a varying temperature treatment (two temperature ranges were adjusted once every 30 days) was delayed. However, after the varying temperature stratification the germination rate was obviously higher than those after the stratification with a constant temperature and the germination time was extend. For example, the germination of 100mg/L and 150mg/L was increased from 2 % to 7.6 % and 12.3 % respectively. A treatment of a 12h soaking in gibberellin solution was helpful to break the seed dormancy and increase the germination rate.
