摘要
目的:研究中国南海褐藻Sargassum vachellianum 和绿藻Ulvalactuca 的化学成分。方法:应用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,用MS,IR,1HNMR,13CNMR(DEPT),HMQC和HMBC鉴定化合物。结果:分离并鉴定了2 个新化合物,化合物1 vachellin 为11甲基Δ1,53,7,10三羰基2,4,8,9四氮环十一二烯,化合物2lactucasterol 为胆甾28甲基23 ,24环丙烷Δ54酮。结论:1 和2 为新化合物。
AIM: To study the chemical composition in the alga Sargassum vachellianum and Ulva lactua collected from South China Sea. METHODS: Various column chromatography were used to separate the chemical constituents. MS, IR, 1HNMR, 13 CNMR(DEPT), HMQC and HMBC were used to determine the structure of the isolated constituent. RESULTS: Two new compounds were isolated and their structure were elucidated as 11 methyl 1,5 diene 3,7,10 tricarbonyl 2,4,8,9 tetranitrogen cycloundecandien(1) and cholesta 28 methyl 23,24 cyclopropane Δ 5 4 one 3β ol(2) on the basis of spectral evidence. CONCLUSION: compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds.
