摘要
随着网络的迅猛发展和社会急剧变迁,正向的文化传承方向、教育方式发生逆向转变,从而形成强有力的"反哺"社会的价值观和行为规范,这种"反向社会化"与"文化反哺"成为一种重要的社会现象。而医学生由于其"健康所系、生命相托"的特殊性,使得在人才培养上,不仅要注重专业知识技能的培养,更要对人才的思想道德素质提出更高的要求。
With the rapid development of network and rapid changes in society,the cultural heritage of the forward direction,reverses the way changes in education,creating a strong ＂feed＂ social values and norms of behavior,and this kind of ＂reverse socialization＂ and ＂cultural feedback＂have become an important social phenomenon.The medical students,because of its ＂health system,state of the life＂ of the special nature in training,focus not only on the cultivation of professional knowledge and skills,but also on the ideological and moral qualities of talents,which puts forward higher requirements.
