摘要
分析了铜包铝和铜包钢等双金属线材与一般单一金属线材拉拔的不同点,提出双金属线材拉丝机应具有防止铜层磨损与开裂的结构要求。介绍了组合式连续拉丝生产线的总体结构及其中几个主要装置的构造和工作原理。
The drawing differences between single metal wire and bimetallic wire including the copper clad aluminum and copper clad steel wire are analyzed first. Then the machine structural requirements are proposed, that could prevent wear and cracking of copper layer during bimetallic wire drawing production. Finally the overall structure of the combined and continuous drawing production line and work principle of several major units are described.
