耐低温CPE/EPDM护套配方研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了适用于低温条件下使用的电缆护套材料,从基体材料的选择、配合剂的选择、工艺加工等方面进行了探讨。对护套性能进行了测定,实验结果表明,所研制的CPE/EPDM护套材料耐低温性能优良,工艺性能满足生产要求,可以作为风力发电用电缆护套使用。 The cable sheath material suitable for the low temperature was researched in terms of selection of the base polymer and ingredients, processing technology etc. The properties of the cable sheath were determined. The experimental results showed that the developed CPE/EPDM sheath material was found to have excellent low temperature resistant performance. The technological properties satisfied production requirements and the compound can be used as wind power generation cable sheath.
