摘要
对比分折了多种铝表面亚光处理方法,其中喷砂处理法最简单、易实现,符合线缆行业产品连续生产的特点,检测了经喷砂处理后钢芯铝绞线(ACSR)的表面反射度,比较分析了喷砂处理前后钢芯铝绞线铝单线的电性能、机械性能、铝损情况。试验表明,利用喷砂处理法生产的亚光架空导线,其各项性能符合工程应用要求。
Several matte processing methods for aluminum surface are compared and analyzed. The sandblasting process is the simplest and most practicable method which corresponds with the characteristic of continuous production of the wire and cable industries. The diffuse reflectivity of the ACSR outer surface after sandblasting processing is measured. The electrical properties, mechanical properties and aluminum loss situation of aluminum wires of the AC°SR before and after sandblasting processing are compared and analyzed. Test shows the performance requirements of the matte overhead conductors produced by using sandblasting processing are satisfied with the engineering needs.
