摘要
福建平潭岛附近输电线路导线运行寿命不足6年,导线因腐蚀损坏是导线失效的重要原因。分析了导线的化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀等三种形式;提出了解决方法,并在福建省平潭岛的110 kV输电线路上成功应用,经近一年的运行,情况良好。超耐腐蚀导线具有良好的经济效益和社会效应,是未来在沿海、海岛等严重腐蚀地区使用的一种优良线种。
Normatly the operational life time of conductor in power transmission lines in Pingtansland, Fujian Province is less than five years. The main cause of conductor failure is corrosion damage of the eonductor. In this paper, based on analyzing of three froms of corrosions : chemical corrosion, electrochemical corrosion and crevice corrosion, the solution for this issue is presented, and it was successfully applied to 110 kV power transmissionline in PingtanIsland, Fujiang Province. More than one year suecessful operation of this project shows super corrosion resisting conductor has very good economic benefit and social benefit,and it will be the best king of conductor for high corrosion site application such as coastal and island area.
