摘要
近年来,随着经济和建设的飞速发展,机电安装工程的规模也随之快速壮大。为了更好、更快、更安全地完成机电安装工程,项目管理工作成为重要环节。文章主要根据笔者的设备施工管理工作经验,大致论述了机电安装工程的项目管理。
In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and construction,the scale of the mechanical and electrical installation project is also growing fast.In order to complete the project better,faster and more safely,the project management work has become an important link in the process.According to author＇s work experience of equipment construction management,this paper generally discusses the project management of the mechanical and electrical installation projects.
