J30J系列微型矩形连接器具有接触可靠、接点密度高、质量轻、体积小、抗冲击以及耐振动等优点,其在军用设备中得到广泛应用。文章详细介绍了J30J系列微型矩形连接器与线缆装接的工艺流程、技术难点等关键工艺技术,保证了产品的质量和可靠性。
The micro-rectangle connectors of J30J series have many merits such as contact reliably,high contact density,light mass,little volume,impact resistance and resistant to vibration.And they are widely used in military equipment.This paper introduces in detail the key process technology of the assembling between the micro-rectangle connectors of J30J series and wires such as process flow and technology difficult point.,which guarantees the quality and reliability of the products.
