主动脉内球囊反搏在冠心病围手术期的应用与护理 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)在冠心病围手术期危重患者治疗中的应用与护理。方法回顾性分析12例冠心病围手术期应用IABP患者的临床资料,着重分析综合护理措施。结果经过治疗,10例患者痊愈出院,2例患者因顽固性低心排血量综合征经抢救无效死亡。结论 IABP是危重冠心病患者围手术期有效地机械辅助循环方法,应用后可改善心功能及全身状况,提高手术的成功率;同时医务人员的精心、细致的护理也是提高IABP成功率的重要因素。
