介绍了支架搬运车的使用前景,支架搬运车液压系统设计的局限性,分析了液压系统油温过高的危害性,结合支架搬运车的液压系统的特殊性,提出了解决油温过高的方案,从散热器、冲洗阀和旁路散热等方面入手,使支架搬运车液压系统油温控制在理想的范围内。
Describes the use of longwall chock carrier prospects bracket truck hydraulic system design limitations,analysis of the dangers of high oil temperature of hydraulic system,combined with the hydraulic system longwall chock carrier particularity,proposed to solve the oil temperature too high program,from the radiator,flush valves and bypass cooling in a bid to make the bracket truck hydraulic system oil temperature control in the ideal range.
