摘要
随着医疗事业的快速发展,医院的行政管理工作成为新形势下的一项重要工作。本文分析了当今医院行政管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的措施,完善医院行政管理体系,保障医院的健康发展。
With the rapid development of healthcare undertaking, the hospital administration has become an important task in the new situation. This paper analyzes the problems in hospital administration nowadays and presents some measures to improve the hospital administration system and guarantee the healthy development of the hospital.
