摘要
目的:观察稳心颗粒治疗更年期综合征的疗效。方法:将172例患者随机分成观察组(稳心颗粒+谷维素),对照组(谷维素),治疗满疗程后进行疗效评估。结果:经过1个疗程的治疗,观察组的总有效率为94.2%,对照组的总有效率为69.8%。观察组的总有效率优于对照组,该差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒治疗更年期综合征的疗效确切、可靠,值得在临床中应用推广。
Objective：Observe the efficacy of steady heart granules to menopausal syndromes.Method：Divide 172 patients into 2 groups randomly,one is observation group（Steady Heart Granules＋Oryzanol）,and the other is control group（Oryzanol）.Make an evaluation of both groups＇ efficacy when the treatment is complete.Result：After one course of treatment,the observation group＇s effective rate is 94.2% which is higher than that of control group＇s 69.8%.The difference between two groups is statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Steady Heart granules＇ efficacy to menopausal syndrome is exact and reliable,it is worth popularizing in clinical use.
