摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线配合双氯芬酸钾片治疗痔瘘术后疼痛临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为两组,中西医结合治疗组和常规治疗组,两组分别给予相应的治疗方法,观察患者的疼痛程度,应运数字评价量表(NRS)评估,比较中西医结合治疗组与常规治疗组的疗效。结果:治疗组患者疼痛程度轻,优于对照组,治疗组疼痛度与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线配合双氯芬酸钾片中西医结合治疗痔瘘术后疼痛疗效好。
Objective：Observation on acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with diclofenac potassium tablets in treating postoperative pain of hemorrhoid fistula clinical effect.Methods：64 patients randomly divided into two groups,treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine group and regular therapy group,each of the two groups appropriate treatment methods,observation of patients with pain,in response to the needs of the times digital scale（NRS）evaluation and comparison of curative effect of integrated traditional and Western medicine treatment group versus conventional treatment group.Result：Pain in patients with treatment groups of light,better than the control group,of pain treatment group compared with control groups have significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Catgut combined with diclofenac potassium tablets combined with Western medicine in treating fistula after operation of hemorrhoid pain better.
