摘要
合理的运行方式和及时有效的事故处理是提升电网安全的重要保障。文中从改进电网运行方式、提高调度实时监控能力出发,提出了基于广域测量系统(WAMS)的电网扰动监视、分析、评估、存储和离线研究的整体框架,并就相量测量单元(PMU)数据在电网扰动监视中的应用进行了比较分析。电网扰动时,不仅需要对扰动事件自身的性质进行分析,还需要对扰动后电网运行方式的变化、电网潮流和安全裕度的变化进行分析,并对扰动过程中机组调频等二次设备的动作响应行为进行评价,以期改进电网运行方式。对电网扰动过程信息进行集中式存储管理,则有助于方式离线研究和事故反演。
Rattonal operation mode and efficient fault handling are essential to power system security In order to optimize the power grid operation mode and improve scheduling real-time monitoring capability, an integrated framework is proposed tor WAMSrbased grid disturbance monitoring, analysis, evaluation, storage and offqine study in addition to a comparison and analysis of PMU data application in grid disturbance monitoring. When a grid disturbance occurs, not only should the principal features of the fault itself be analyzed, .but also the post-fault topology, power flow and security margin variation should be dealt with. And it's also important to evaluate the action response of the generator governor system and other secondary equipment in the power system. Furthermore, performing integrated management of power disturbances is helpful to o^f-hne research and replay.
