摘要
采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RondomlyAmplifiedPolymorphicDNA ,RAPD)技术对产气荚膜杆菌进行PCR扩增。结果产气荚膜杆菌A ,B ,C ,D 4个型均可扩增出约 430bp的条带 ,B ,C型还扩增出约 2 10bp条带 ,B ,D型还扩增出约 12 10bp条带 ,A型还扩增出约 2 40bp和 6 90bp条带 ,各型之间的条带差别明显 ,从而为产气荚膜杆菌的基因分型。
RAPD was used to identify the genetypes of Cl.perfringens.The result showed that Cl.perfringens types A,B,C,D all had the 430 bp DNA band.Types B,C also had the 210 bp DNA band.Types B,D also had the 1 210 bp DNA band.Type A had the 240 bp and 690 bp DNA bands.DNA profiles of different serotypes were distinguishable.So RAPD can be used to identify Cl.perfringens serotype and provide basis for immediate PCR diagnosis as a rapid,precise and reliable method.
